Hi, I'm Jason — my students call me Hai Ge (海哥). I'm a seasoned boat owner and hands-on boating instructor based in Southern California, and I teach entirely in Chinese. Whether you're a complete beginner or you've bought a boat and still haven't dared to back it down the ramp, you're in the right place.

California requires a Boater Card (AIDE card) for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a motorized vessel. Requirements are expanding each year. We help you get prepared and pass the exam.

No, you don't need to own a boat. Lessons can be conducted on our boat. If you do own a boat, we can also come to your location and train you on your own vessel.

Yes! These are the two skills we get the most requests for. Many students who already know how to drive a boat still struggle with the ramp and docking. We offer focused sessions on exactly these skills.
